Why You Can't Get Your Sensitivities Under Control

You’re the one always healing yourself, thinking you have the problem, wondering if you will ever actually feel good in your own skin.

There’s a really good chance you are not the reason you feel so out-of-control.

It could very well be that your sensitivities to the world around you are causing you to take in too much energy that does not belong to you.

If this sounds like you, check out these 7 key causes you may find helpful to learn:

1.You’re not seeing the environment as the important role it is.

It’s hard to see how much the world around you can actually press-into your energy.  When you feel agitated or depressed it’s hard to understand how much of these experiences are actually yours.

Your energy field is 2 feet out, around you.  When you know what your personal space is, then it’s easier to know when it’s been invaded, crowded, slimed or pooped in.

2.You don’t have a personal space to begin with.

That’s fine.  We weren’t taught these things.

If that’s you, begin to create it for yourself using your imagination.  Visualize an egg-shape space, 2 feet out around you and choose a translucent color to wear inside. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just playfully put one up.

This is your space and you get to decorate it, the way you want to.  You call the shots and you get to say who, what, when, where, and how your energy functions at any given time.  If this seems impossible, just begin with baby steps; just begin by validating that your imagination can lead to tangible results.

3.You’ve got too much of other people’s stuff around you.

When your environment is colored by the opinions, emotions and will of others, this leads to out-of-control feelings and experiences because by very nature you are not in control, they are.  It takes a certain amount of understanding and skill to remove them from your “space” though it’s quite natural to need to do so in order to live your own life and have the strength it takes to go after your dreams.

4.You’re not giving yourself enough credit.

This is mainly due to the fact that you’ve probably never had your own “space”. It’s always been defined by others, so, your real talents don’t get noticed.  You’re busy hauling loads for everyone around you, making them look stronger and leaving nothing left for you.

It can feel selfish and scary to think about pulling out of these types of relationships and agreements because they sustain you somehow.  As you begin to give yourself more credit, consider that this may be leading to physical depletion and causing you to doubt the parts of your sensitivities that are actually very powerful.

5.You’re too hurt from the past.

This is another way that energy can collect around you and define your personal space and thus your actual life-direction.  When things from the past are not “cleared” energetically, this will lead to blockages and stagnation in the space around you.  If you’re not aware enough, you simply think this stagnation is a result of you.  In some ways it’s accurate because the hurt that happened, happened to you.

The thing is, the energetic space around you needs to be freshened often; it can’t withstand that kind of build-up.  You’re designed to contain the energy of the present-moment which is far more than just a concept, it is an actual “sight” of the space around you.

The “actual” part takes you validating  that the unseen is real.

6.You don’t have any tools.

That’s because the information has been lost for everyone; very few people know how to use these kinds of psychic, energetic strategies.

They involve using the imagination to alter the course of your life experiences to suit your own goals and intentions.

It bears mentioning that when using these tools, it’s best to know the rules.  It’s essential to know the natural laws though you don’t have to have a PhD in quantum physics.

For example, there’s a lot that’s possible in the realm of magic (focused imagination) that ends up creating more of a mess.  We have to have guidelines so that we don’t hurt others or earn more karma for ourselves.

This isn’t to say that practicing tools you learn isn’t totally appropriate to do right away.  I’m encouraging you to notice that there’s a lot to this stuff because if you really consider it, the real thing that’s changing is that you’re bringing yourself into your full power through your sensitivities and with that power, comes responsibility.
